Hope all is well you and your Family. Today I received the "Public Hearing Notice" for the
above reference Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and have several concerns as they relate to
the proposed use and how it may affect the proposed "shared parking" for the balance of
the shopping center.
There is no longer a common ownership interest comprising the properties known as
"Enea Plaza Shopping Center". While St. Michael Investment LP still owns Assesor's Parcel
Number's 941-1500-38-1,941-1500-48 and 941-1500-49-3. They do not own or control
Assessor's Parcel Number's 941-1500-49-2 or 941-1500-42-2.
Assessor's Parcel Number 941-1500-49-2 currently provides approximately 54 parking
spaces and should not be used in calculating any reciprocal parking for the intended
"Indoor Recreational Use". It is the intent of the current ownership "Enea Properties
Company, LLC" to redevelop this parcel into a midrise office building in the near future
and as such do not want to constrained by any commitment to provide parking to an
intensified neighboring use.
We will reserve right to address other potential concerns once the formal CUP and the
Staff Report is made available to the general public on Friday, February 4, 2011.
