A PROCLAMATION
OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF DUBLIN
CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, Gustav Wojke lives in the City of Dublin at 11470 Silvergate Drive, which is situated at the northwest
corner of Silvergate Drive and Dublin Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wojke has taken an active interest in the various street and median improvement projects near his
home and has always taken great pride in maintaining his own home and yard in excellent condition; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wojke's home sides onto a large roadway slope along the Dublin Boulevard boundary of his
property; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Wojke has voluntarily landscaped this slope with 25 Deodar Cedars and mulch groundcover, has
installed and provides irrigation to these trees, and has continued to maintain this landscaping at his own expense,
and
WHEREAS, such distinguished and committed service toward the beautification of an area which is enjoyed by our
whole community should not go unrecognized by the City of Dublin.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Dublin City Council expresses its sincere appreciation for the
time and effort expended by Gustav Wojke to enhance and maintain the beauty of his surrounding neighborhood.
