Such register shall be kept for a period of not less than two years by the person providing the accommodations as specified in Section 1. Section 4: REGISTER - INSPECTION. Such register shall at all times be open for inspection by the chief of police or his authorized representative. Section 5: FALSE INFORMATION. It shall be unlawful for any guest, roomer, or lodger in any place specified in Section 1 to use or allow the use of any name other than his true name in so registering. Section 6: POSTING.
