section 2: "REQUIRED IDENTIFICATION.", The person providing the
accommodatio'ns as specified in Section 2, shall require
identification to be presented upon ,registration sufficient to
confirm the identities of the person to be accommodated, and shall
set forth in the register ~he type of identification so presented.
section 3: REGISTER - PERIOD OF RETENTION. Such register shall
be kept for a period of not less than two years by the person
providing the accommodations as specified in Section 1.
Section 4: REGISTER - INSPECTION. Such register shall at all
times be open for inspection by the chief of police or his
authorized representative.
Section 5: FALSE INFORMATION. It shall be unlawful for any
guest, roomer, or lodger in any place specified in Section 1
to use or allow the use of any name other than his true name in so
registering.
Section 6: POSTING. A copy of Sections 1 through 5 shall be
posted in a conspicuous place in each place specified in Section
1.
