A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPROVING TASK ORDER UNDER EXISTING CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT
WITH BKF ENGINEERS FOR THE STORM DRAIN TRASH CAPTURE PROJECT,
CIP PROJECT NO. 960029
WHEREAS, the City's Five-Year Capital Improvement Program for 2012-2017 includes
the Storm Drain Trash Capture Project, CIP No. 960029; and
WHEREAS, the City if Dublin entered into an on-call consultant services agreement with
BKF Engineers on June 19, 2012, to provide engineering design services as requested by the
City: and
WHEREAS, the City desires to utilize the services of BKF Engineers to perform design
engineering and related services for the said project; and
WHEREAS, the cost of these engineering services and other project costs have been
fully funded in the 2012-2013 Fiscal Year Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dublin does
hereby approve a task order under the agreement with BKF Engineers for design work
associated with the Storm Drain Trash Capture Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is authorized to approve the task
order.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 2012, by the following
vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Biddle, Hart, Swalwell, and Mayor Sbranti
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Hildenbrand
