Continue public heating to April 8, 2003 BACKGROUND: An Ordinance approving a Development Agreement between the City of Dublin and Alameda County Surplus Property Authority is a requirement of the Eastern Dublin Specific Plan. Items included in the Development Agreement include, but are not limited to, the financing and timing of infrastructure; payment of traffic, noise and public facilities impact fees; improvements of roads and general provisions. The City and the County are still working out some minor changes to the agreement which necessitates continuing this item to the next Planning Commission meeting. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission open the public hearing and continue the public hearing to April 1, 2003. COPIES TO: Applicant Property Owner PA File Project Manager
