The new plantings would provide color and a "signature statement" entering the City. In addition, the project would plant new flowering shrubs in all median tree wells on Dublin Boulevard from San Ramon Road to Dougherty, Amador Valley Boulevard from San Ramon Road to east of Village Parkway and all of San Ramon Road and Village Parkway. Some of the shrubs in the median bedding areas would also be replaced with more colorful varieties.
