This project is being fimded as follows: $I,000.00 from the General Fund and $5,599.00 from the Internal
Service Fund.
DESCRIPTION: On September 21, 1999, the City Council awarded Contract No. 99-
09, Shannon Center HVAC system to Breeze Air Systems. This project replaced an exist. ing inoperable
heating unit with a new 5-ton HVAC System serving the West Room at the Shannon Community Center.
The work included removing and disposing of the existing forced air heating system, installation of one 5-
ton HVAC system, electrical connection and concrete pad for the air conditioning unit.
At this time, Staff recommends that Council accept Contract No. '99-'09 with Breeze Air Systems as
complete and authorize payment in the amount of $5,599.00.
