Dear Kristi,
I am writing at the request of and in support of Bates Stringer Ventures and their proposed development
on the site of the Heritage Park Office Complex.
As a 30 year tenant on the site,we have a strong affinity for the location, and we support the concept
and vision presented by the developer. Our support includes our desire to continue to be located in the
Heritage Park area. The developer has worked with us to incorporate a new office building on the site,
which would become our new headquarters.
We,therefore, support the developer's request for a General Plan Amendment for the site. Please call
me if you have any questions.
Sincerely, f

Re:. : General Plan Amendment.and Specific Plan Amendment
Heritage Park Office Center .
Dear Kristi, '.
We are the owner of Heritage Park.Office Center, located at 11875 Dublin Boulevard.
Scott Stringer and Fred Bates have been keeping us well informed as they explore the
possibility of changing the use of this parcel of land:
We have been very pleased with Stringer/Bates' ability to communicate with each of our
tenants. Scott and Fred have been very forthright in their information flow and they have
resolved, through creative and lateral thinking, many, if not all,of the relocation issues
facing our tenants.
We feel that this General Plan Amendment and Specific Plan Amendment will be
beneficial for the City of Dublin and the citizens of Dublin. Residential housing will help
drive the economic recovery in the downtown sector and more fully utilize the
geographic proximity the parcel has to the new B.A.R.T. station.
We would like to lend our support to this project and ask that Staff and Council approve -
the Developer's request to commence the General Plan Amendment and Specific Plan
Amendment process for this site. .
Respectfully, .

Dear Kristi Bascom, Principal Planner,
My name is Brandon McGuire and I am the president of the Briarhill Cabana swim club. I would like to make
it known that I support the request for the city council to authorize staff to commence a general plan amendment
and specific plan amendment process for a new housing development on Donlon way in Dublin with Bates

and that the close proximity to our pool could benefit those families living there.
