The City Council will recognize Caroline P. Soto, City Clerk/Records Manager for her recent
2013 Award of Distinction for Records Management, presented by the City Clerks Association of
California.

Recognize Dublin Staff member Caroline P. Soto.

DESCRIPTION:
City Clerk/Records Manager Caroline P. Soto was recently recognized at the 2013 City Clerks
Association of California Conference with a 2013 Award of Distinction for Records Management
for her leadership on the City’s Records Assessment Implementation Project.
