A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPROVING QUITCLAIM DEED FOR UTILITY EASEMENT
PROPERTY AT NORTHWEST CORNER OF DUBLIN BOULEVARD
AND DOUGHERTY ROAD
WHEREAS, in 1970 the County of Alameda quitclaimed former Dougherty Road street right-of-
way at the northwest comer of Dublin Boulevard and Dougherty Road, reserving an easement for the
rights of public utilities with existing facilities; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property at the northwest comer of Dublin Boulevard and
Dougherty Road has requested that the City quitclaim the easement; and
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin has no facilities in said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dublin approves
the quitclaim deed attached hereto as "Exhibit A."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute the quitclaim deed.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 1996.
