Measure B Citizens Watchdog Committee Report

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
James Paxson, Chair of the Alameda County Transportation Commission Measure B Citizens
Watchdog Committee, will make a presentation on the Measure B Annual Report.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council receive the presentation.

DESCRIPTION:
Mr. Paxson will provide a presentation on the Measure B Annual Report in order to ensure that
the public knows that regular independent monitoring of Measure B Expenditures occurs and
this oversight helps ensure that Measure B funds are used in accordance with the direction
provided by Alameda County voters when the measure was first approved.
