Introduction of the Northstar Destination Strategies Team

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City Council will be introduced to the Northstar Destination Strategies team conducting the
in-market research for the Branding and Marketing Plan this week.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council receive the report.

DESCRIPTION:
On September 3, 2013, the City Council authorized an Agreement with Northstar Destination
Strategies for the development of a comprehensive marketing and branding plan for the City of
Dublin. The Northstar team is in Dublin this week to conduct its in-market research. Staff
wishes to introduce the Northstar team to the City Council and provide an update on this week’s
activities.
