Box 2340 Dublin, CA 94568 Dear Ginger: Thank you for sending me information on displaying advertising banners in Dublin. The one thing I am uncertain about is who actually installs a banner. As for eligibilty, the Tri-Valley Haven is a non-profit organization serving Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore residents who are victimes of domestic violence or sexual assault. We hold a fundraising baseball game in August each year. It will be on August 19, 1990, hopefully in Dublin's sports park. Local police departments played each of the last eight years, and we are planning to include the fire depart- ments in 1990. This past August local civic leaders includ- ing two of the mayors umpired the game. We plan to involve the civic leadership again. We would like to advertise our event with a banner from Monday August 6 to Sunday August 19, the day of the tournament. If you need any more information to receive approval from the City Council, please let me know. Sincerely, Kim S. Wayne Development Director
