A regular meeting of the Dublin City Council was held on Tuesday, December 3, 2013, in the
City Council Chambers of the Dublin Civic Center. The meeting was called to order at
7:16 p.m., by Mayor Sbranti.

ABSENT: None
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited by the City Council, Staff and those present.

business.

On motion of Mayor Sbranti, seconded by Cm. Hart and by unanimous vote, the City Council
selected Vm. Biddle as Vice Mayor for an additional one-year period.

PLAN AMENDMENT STUDY TO EVALUATE A PROPOSAL TO CHANGE THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION OF A 23.77 ACRE AREA LOCATED NORTH OF CENTRAL PARKWAY
BETWEEN TASSAJARA ROAD AND BRANNIGAN STREET
