A regular meeting of the Dublin City Council was held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, in the
City Council Chambers of the Dublin Civic Center. The meeting was called to order at
7:17 p.m., by Mayor Sbranti.

The pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited by the City Council, Staff and those present.

Mayor Sbranti stated there was no reportable action during Closed Session.
By consensus, the City Council agreed to hear Item 3.5 directly after Item 3.1.

APPROVING A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC MUNICIPAL

Received 4.4 a listing of payments issued from October 1, 2013 — October 31, 2013.
Mayor Sbranti pulled Item 4.2, Approval of Final Map and Tract Improvement Agreement,
Approval of Agreement for Long-Term Encroachment for Landscape Features, and Acceptance
of Park Land Dedication In-Lieu Credits for Tract 7667, Esprit at Dublin Station (Western Pacific
Housing, Inc.), for further discussion.
On motion of Mayor Sbranti, seconded by Cm. Hart and by unanimous vote, the City Council

By consensus, the City Council selected Alternative 4 for inclusion in the update of the Bikeways
and Pedestrian Master Plan.
Positano Hills Park—Site Modifications

On motion of Cm. Hart, seconded by Vm. Biddle, the City Council approved the preferred option
for Positano Hills Park Site modifications as shown in the Staff Report.
NEW BUSINESS — None.
OTHER BUSINESS

Brief information only reports were provided by City Council and Staff, including committee
reports and reports by City Council related meetings attended at City expense (AB1234).
By consensus, the City Council asked Staff to return with a possible conditional use process for
signage along 580 and 680.

There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at
11:21 p.m. in memory of Staff Sgt. Sean Diamond and our fallen troops.
