Staff recommends:
• Alternate between restaurants on a weekly basis(only one restaurant used per week).
• Order deadline would be 1:00 PM the day prior as is currently established with Spectrum.
• Lunches must be pre-paid in cash and are non-refundable.
• Staff will create pre-printed order forms for patrons to fill out and submit with payment.
• Amounts would be rounded off to the nearest quarter dollar.
• Staff will establish the framework on how to safely transport the food.
Also at the October Senior Center Advisory Committee meeting, Staff stated it would provide
information on using a caterer for the special luncheons; this would also allow for the meal to reflect the
theme of the entertainment.
