HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 112-95 VlyChristCntr EaseRESOLUTION NO. 112 - 95 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN ACCEPTING DEED FOR PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG PROPOSED ROAD THROUGH VALLEY CHRISTIAN CENTER (RELATIVE TO TRACT 5766) WHEREAS, as a condition of approval for the Tentative Map for Tract 5766, a public road through the Valley Christian Center was required to be improved and dedicated to the City of Dublin; and WHEREAS, the City of Dublin requires public utility easements adjacent to rights-of-way for new public streets for utility facilities that may extend beyond the street fight-of-way; and WHEREAS, the developer of Tract 5766 has negotiated the transfer of utility easements along the proposed road right-of-way through Valley Christian Center (Inspiration Drive) and has delivered the deed to the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Dublin City Council does hereby accept the deed (Exhibit A) for right-of-way for a proposed road through Valley Christian Center. BE IT FLIRTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to accept the deed on behalf of the City. BE IT FLIRTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is instructed to transmit the deed to the Alameda County Recorder for recording. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 261h day of September, 1995.
