HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 022-94 Vangelatos Easement RESOLUTION NO. 22-94 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN APPROVING GRANT OF ACCESS EASEMENT TO KANARIS AND MARIA VANGELATOS AND NIKOLAOS STANITSAS (DUBLIN BOULEVARD EAST OF DOUGHERTY ROAD) WHEREAS, the owners of the property at 5933 Dougherty Road (APN 94i-550-10- 11) are in need of an access easement across property owned by the City of Dublin (APN 941-550-10- 17) to achieve driveway access from Dublin Boulevard east of Dougherty Road; and WHEREAS, said owners have tendered to the City of Dublin the sum of $19,312 in consideration of receiving such access easement; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the benefit to both said property owners and the City of Dublin and determined that the transaction is appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dublin does hereby approve the grant of access easement, for consideration received in the amount of $19,312, as indicated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute the grant BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to forward the deed to the Alameda County Recorder' s Office for recording purposes.
