Certificates of Recognition for City of Dublin 2013 Young Citizen of the Year,
Citizen of the Year and Organization of the Year

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The City Council will present Certificates of Recognition to the City of Dublin 2013 Young Citizen
of the Year, Citizen of the Year and Organization of the Year.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the City Council present the Certificates of Recognition.

DESCRIPTION:
In February of each year, the City Council recognizes a Young Citizen, Citizen and Organization
of the year who have made a significant contribution toward enhancing the quality of life for
residents of Dublin during the past year. The winners in each category were recognized at the
City’s Volunteer Recognition Event on February 19, 2014. The City Council will formally
recognize Caroline Nolan as the 2013 Young Citizen of the Year, Jacob Collins as the 2013
Citizen of the Year and The Rotary Club of Dublin as the 2013 Organization of the Year.
