City Staff has prepared a Five-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) covering Fiscal Year 2014-2015 through Fiscal Year 2018-2019 (Attachment 2). This plan was prepared to identify the needs for major infrastructure improvements and capital items for this five-year period. The Planning Commission's role is to review those major public works projects within the Capital Improvement Program and to determine whether they are in conformance with the City's General Plan. Not all of the Capital Items within the Capital Improvement Program are major public works projects. The Commission's review is limited to only those projects that will be undertaken in Fiscal Year 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. As noted in the Capital Improvement Program, the precise timing of projects is subject to revision with future updates. Below is the list of projects that are proposed for Fiscal Year 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 in the Five-Year CIP as it relates to the review by the Planning Commission. The projects are detailed in the CIP draft booklet (Attachment 2) on the pages indicated. Annual Annual ADA Transition Plan 10 ........................_....._.....
