Box 2340 RESOLUTION NO. 99-92 9232727S A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN SUMMARILY VACATING A PORTION OF AN ACCESS AND PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN PARCEL MAP 3000 ~ RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORO5 OF ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIF. PATRICK O'CONNELL, Cml~ Re~ol'd~ OCT - 8199~ AM PM WHEREAS, the Dublin City Council accepted an access and public utility easement within Parcel Map 3000 (Scarlett Court) on November 12, 1991; and WHEREAS, a portion of said access and public utility easement, as identified by Exhibits A, B, C, and D attached, is not required by the City or by any utility company for access or utility p~rposes; and WHEREAS, said portion of access and public utility easement has not been used by the City or by a public utility for at least five consecutive years; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8330 et. seq., the City Council of the City of Dublin does hereby vacate the portion of said access and public utility easement as identified by Exhibits A, B, C, and D attached hereto. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be recorded pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8336. Upon recordation, said portion of access and public utility easement identified in Exhibits A, B, G, and D shall no longer constitute an access and/or public utility easement. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 24th day of August, 1992.
