In an effort to meet these goals, we met with BHV Stockbridge Emerald Place Land Company, owner of the proposed project known as "The Green," on June 20, 2014. Given the geographic proximity of The Green to Persimmon Place, the meeting focused on potential coordination efforts to encourage development of aesthetically and functionally complimentary projects.
