SB 343
Senate Bill 343 mandates supplemental materials that have been
received by the City Clerk's office that relate to an agenda item after
the agenda packets have been distributed to the City Council be
available to the public.
The attached documents were received in the City Clerk's office after
distribution of the July 15, 2014 City Council meeting agenda packet.

Re: Coordination and Cooperation between "Persimmon Place"and "The Green" Projects
Dear Ms. Smith:
Regency Centers, as the owner of the development known as "Persimmon Place," has committed to
providing the City of Dublin with a high quality, first class shopping center that reflects the
community's design aesthetic and values. In an effort to meet these goals, we met with BHV
Stockbridge Emerald Place Land Company, owner of the proposed project known as "The Green,"
on June 20, 2014. Given the geographic proximity of The Green to Persimmon Place, the meeting
focused on potential coordination efforts to encourage development of aesthetically and functionally
complimentary projects. As the projects move forward from their respective current stages of
development, Regency Centers will endeavor to continue our coordination efforts and cooperation
with The Green.
