A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
APPROVING NO PARKING ZONES ON TAMARACK DRIVE,
BRIGHTON DRIVE, AND DAVONA DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Dublin hereby resolves as follows:
Section 1: Pursuant to City of Dublin Municipal Code Section 6.04.250, and in the interest of
public safety, parking is prohibited in the following locations:
· On the south side of Tamarack Drive, from the southwesterly curb return of Village Parkway,
westerly a distance of 2O feet.
· On the north side of Tamarack Drive, from the northeasterly curb return of Village Parkway,
easterly a distance of 25 feet.
· On the south side of Brighton Drive, from the southwesterly curb return of Village Parkway,
westerly a distance of 2O feet.
· On the north side of Brighton Drive, from the northeasterly curb return of Village Parkway,
easterly a distance of 75feet.
· On the south side of Davona Drive, from the southwesterly curb return of Village Parkway,
westerly a distance of 2O feet.
Section 2. Said No Parking Zones shall be added to Section 6.28.010 of the City of Dublin Traffic
Code.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 2000.
