RECOMMENDATION:
In order to provide Staff additional time to coordinate with the Dublin Police
Services and the City Attorney's Office regarding special Conditions of Approval
related to the proposed commercial recreational facility, this project was
continued from the August 18, 1987, to the Planning Commission meeting of Tuesday,
September 8, 1987. However, the September 8, 1987, Planning Commission meeting was
cancelled due to lack of a quorum. Therefore, the public hearing for this project
has been continued to the meeting of September 21, 1987.
