The March 26, 2014 meeting of the Youth Advisory Committee was called to order at 7:04 PM, at the
Dublin Senior Center, by Chairperson Kush Rastogi.

MINUTES OF THE REGUALAR MEETING-February 26, 2014
ON A MOTION BY CM MUKKAMALA, AND SECONDED BY CM ANGIE WANG AND BY A
VOTE OF 7-0-1, THE YOUTH ADVISORY COMMITTEE VOTED TO APPROVE THE
MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 26, 2014 AS PRESENTED. CM ANGIE WANG ABSTAINED DUE
TO HER ABSENCE AT THE FEBRUARY 26,2014 MEETING.

NEW BUSINESS
Youth Fee Assistance Promram Benefit Concert
Staff provided information on the Youth Fee Assistance Program Benefit Concert to be held on Sunday,
April 13, 2014 at the Shannon Community Center. Staff encouraged Youth Advisory Committee
Members to attend the event. The deadline for applications to perform is Friday, March 28, 2014 at 5:00
PM. Applications should be submitted at the Shannon Community Center.
Community Car Show
Staff provided information regarding the planning of the 2014 Dublin Community Car Show. The Car
Show Subcommittee met at the Dublin Senior Center on Wednesday, March 19, 2014. The subcommittee
includes members from the Senior Center Advisory Committee as well as the Youth Advisory
Committee. The Subcommittee is in the process of planning the itinerary for the day of the event, which is
Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the Heritage Park and Museums. The next Subcommittee meeting is scheduled
for Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at 3:30 PM.
Youth Advisory Committee 2013-2014 Annual Report
Staff provided information to Youth Committee Members regarding the annual report on the
accomplishments of the Youth Advisory Committee to the Parks and Community Services Commission
and City Council. Chairperson Rastogi and Vice -Chairperson Angie Wang volunteered to create a
presentation regarding the accomplishments of the 2013-2014 Youth Advisory Committee. Staff informed
Youth Advisory Committee Members that the presentations to the Parks and Community Services
Commission and City Council will tentatively be scheduled in May and June, respectively.
