ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING —DECEMBER 2, 2014
An adjourned regular meeting of the Dublin City Council was held on Tuesday, December 2,
2014, in the City Council Chambers of the Dublin Civic Center. The meeting was called to
order at 5:05 p.m., by Mayor Sbranti.

PRESENT: Councilmembers Biddle, Gupta, Hart, Haubert, and Mayor Sbranti
ABSENT: None

The pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited by the City Council, Staff and those present.

approved the conceptual design, as presented in the Staff Report.

APPROVING THE HERITAGE CENTER USAGE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN THE CITY OF DUBLIN AND PARKS RESERVE FORCES TRAINING AREA
and, authorized the City Manager to execute an agreement with a consultant for an amount not
to exceed $85,000 to prepare design and construction documents for the Heritage Center.

On motion of Mayor Haubert, seconded by Cm. Hart, and by unanimous vote, the City Council
determined that Cm. Gupta would serve as Vice Mayor for a one-year period.
City Council Vacancy Created by Election of
Councilmember Haubert as Mayor at the 2014 General Municipal Election

By consensus, the City Council agreed to an appointment, through an application process, to
fill the vacancy on the City Council. The City Council will consider this appointment at its
December 16th City Council meeting.
