SUBJECT: Lunch Program Customer Satisfaction Surveys

RECQMMENpATION: Receive report and provide feedback.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: Staff surveyed patrons on November 19, November 25 and
December 1 who attend the Open Heart Kitchen lunch program to gauge their satisfaction with the
program, including the meal quality and the overall dining experience.
Daily, a Iunch may be purchase for a suggested donation of$3. A lunch consists of the following items:
soup, salad, entree, dessert, milk,juice cartons, coffee and/or tea. A "take-out" option is also available.
Currently patrons have the opportunity to provide regular feedback on a short comment card including
the opportunity to offer suggestions for future menu items. The purpose of this suggested evaluation is
to gather more detailed feedback about the overall program.
A compilation of the evaluations and comments received will be presented to the Advisory Committee.
