5.1 At this time, members of the public may address the Planning Commission on any non-agendized item(s) of
interest to the public. In accordance with State Law, no action or discussion may take place on any item not
appearing on the Planning Commission agenda. The Planning Commission may respond briefly to statements
made or questions posed, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Any
member of the public may contact the Assistant Community Development Director regarding proper procedure
to place an item on a future Planning Commission agenda.
