FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION:
This area is marked partly as a No Parking Zone and partly as a Limited
Parking Zone. Research of existing ordinances has revealed that part of the
area is not covered by an ordinance. The attached draft ordinance includes
the entire red curb area. No additional painting or signing is necessary at
this time.

ORDINANCE NO. -87
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
The City Council of the City of Dublin does ordain as follows:
City of Dublin Ordinance 20-85 relating to "No Parking Zones" and
"Limited Parking Zones" is amended to read:
Section 1. NO PARKING ZONES:
6-217.10 Dublin Boulevard: On the northwesterly curbline from a
point 275 feet southwesterly from the southwesterly curbline of Village Parkway,
easterly to a point 295 feet northeasterly from the northeasterly curbline of Village
Parkway and from a point 400 feet northeasterly from the northeasterly curbline of
Village Parkway to the westerly curbline of Clark Avenue.
On the southeasterly curbline from a point 355 feet southwesterly
from the southwesterly curbline of Village Parkway, northeasterly to a point 150 feet
northeasterly from the northeasterly curbline of Village Parkway.
Section 2. LIMITED PARKING ZONES
6-367.2 Dublin Boulevard: It is unlawful to park any vehicle on
any day except Saturday on the following portion of Dublin Boulevard: On the
northerly curbline from a point 295 feet from the easterly curbline of Village
Parkway, easterly a distance of 105 feet.
Section 3. IMMEDIATE EFFECT:
This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment
because the adoption and immediate effect thereof is necessary in order to protect
vehicular and pedestrian safety.
Section 4. POSTING OF ORDINANCE:
The City Clerk of the City of Dublin shall cause this Ordinance to
be posted in at least three (3) public places in the City of Dublin in accordance
with Section 36933 of the Government Code of the State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Dublin on this 13th
day of April, 1987.
