Jo DeBernardi Seconded by Commissioner Martin C. Kauffman WHEREAS Volk-McLain Communities, Baca has filed with the Alameda County Planning Commission an application for a Use Permit tr. erect thirty (30) dwelling units in an "R-S-D=2" (Suburban Multiple Residence, Minimum Building Site Area per Dwelling Unit of 2,000 Square Feet) District located at the northeast corner of Amador 'Valley Boulevard and Donohue Drive in San Ramon Village, Pleasanton Township, as shown on a map on file with this Commission; and WHEREAS this Commission did hold a public hearing on said application at the hour of 1 ;30 pomp on the i5t:01 day of January, 1962, in the Alameda County Office Building, Room 160, 224 West Winton Avenue, Hayward, California; and WHEREAS it satisfactorily appears, from affidavits on f i le that newspaper notice of said public nearing was given in all respects as required by law; and WHEREAS under the circumstances ofr this particular case, the establishment, maintenance„ or conduct of the use for which this use permit is sought will not, in the opinion of this Commission, materially affect adversely the health or safety of persons residing or working in the neighborhood and will not be materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property or improvements in said neighborhoods Now Therefore BE iT RESOLVED that this Commission does hereby approve said application to erect thirty (30) dwelling units in an "R-S-D-2" (Suburban Multiple Residence. Minimum Building Site Area per Dwelling Unrt of 2,000 Square Feet) District located at the northeast, corner of Arnador Valley Boulevard and Donohue Drive in San Ramon Village, Pleasanton Township, as shown on a plot plan labelled "Exhibit A" on file with this Commission, a copy of which shall be forwarded to the County Building Official , subject to the following .Conditions ; 0 ) Ail driveways shall scope to the east and south with cross slopes to t'he per °meter berm. Berm is to be constructed of rolled Asphalt Concrete 6" high (2) The m nimum scope Ghat be 0.3% on all paved areas.
