The meeting was called to order at 5:32 p.m., by Mayor Haubert. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Councilmembers Biddle, Gupta, Wehrenberg, and Mayor Haubert ABSENT: Councilmember Hart PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited by the City Council, Staff and those present. The City Council received disaster preparedness training and participated in a tour of the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) at City Hall. Human Services Commission Vacancy 10:36:16 PM 8.4 On motion of Cm. Hart, seconded by Cm. Wehrenberg and by unanimous vote, the City Council directed Staff to post the vacancy as directed by state law, and use the list of applications submitted during the December 2014 vacancy process.
