This year the Senior Center Advisory Committee is partnering with Youth Advisory Committee � to help with the pre-planning of this event. ' I Sub-Committee Members Krausnick and Ito attended a joint meeting with the Youth Advisory Committee on February 25. CM Ito suggested Staff contact some of the entertainers from the Senior Center to ask if they would like to participate, 7.3 Senior Center Marquee Meghan Tiernan, Parks and Facilities Development Coordinator presented the Advisory Committee Members an averview af the project. Staff is exploring the installation of a marquee and the study is in the preliminary stages of researching location, cost, vendors, and partnership with the Senior Center Foundation, Staff noted there are still ongoing discussions about what will be included in the signage. CM Lore suggested reviewing traffic studies to determine which of the intersections being considered gets more traffic. George Zika, Senior Center Foundation representative stated the Foundation is asking the Clty for cast estimates on bath locations, coloring and who wil) pay for the upkeep of the marquee. Other Business George Zika reporked the Faundation will be participa#ing in Dublin Pride. The Foundation will have limited involvement with fireworks sales this year.
