A closed session was held at 6:30 p.m., regarding:

A regular meeting of the Dublin City Council was held on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 in the
City Council Chambers of the Dublin Civic Center. The meeting was called to order at 7:02 pm
by Mayor Haubert.

PRESENT: Councilmembers Biddle, Gupta, Hart, Wehrenberg, and Mayor Haubert
ABSENT: None

The pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited by the City Council, Staff and those present.

On motion of Vm. Gupta, seconded by Cm. Hart, and by unanimous vote, the City Council took
the following actions:

VACATING A PORTION OF AN EXISTING STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
AT 6707 GOLDEN GATE DRIVE

and concluded the Annual Development Agreement Review for 2015.
Continued 4.4 by motion as required by Government Code Section 8630(c), which states that
the City Council shall review the need for continuing a local emergency at least once every 30
days until the governing body terminates the local emergency, the State of Emergency that was
declared on March 18, 2014, based on the fact that extreme drought conditions continue to
exist within both the State of California and the City of Dublin, and the threat to the safety and
welfare of Dublin residents remains.

no, Vm. Gupta having recused himself) the City Council directed Staff to end the study.

By consensus, the City Council asked Staff to return on the October 6, 2015 Regular City
Council meeting with information regarding a request from the public in relation to the Diwali
holiday.

11:07 p.m. in memory of Staff Sgt. Sean Diamond and our fallen troops.
