Senate Bill 343 mandates supplemental materials that have been
received by the City Clerk's office that relate to an agenda item after
the agenda packets have been distributed to the City Council be
available to the public.
The attached document was received in the City Clerk's office after,
distribution of the February 7, 2012 City Council meeting agenda
packet.

Mayor Sbranti and members of the council,
An article has recently appeared on a local internet blog entitled "Dublin City Council to Consider
Solutions for Ending Parking Nightmare at Dublin Ranch Villages". It is hyperbolic, intended for
sensational effect, malicious, false, and misleading. The author had neither the courage nor conviction
to sign the article, choosing instead to sign "by Around Dublin Team". The publisher ofthis defamatory
article is Mr. John Zukoski and I intend to hold him fully responsible for this outrage
The article attributes to me a statement about Mr. Mike Porto that I did not make. I do not know where
Mr. Porto lives, how big his garage is or how many cars he owns, nor do I care. The purpose for including
the statement and then attributing it to me can only be for the purpose of harming me and my business
and to attempt to discredit Mr. Porto (if not to also harm Mr. Porto and his business).
I have retained legal council to deal with Mr. Zukoski outside of this forum and to seek a retraction, but I
ted to make the Council and Mr. Porto aware of the blatantly false representation in this article.
