SB 343
Senate Bill 343 mandates supplemental materials that have been
received by the City Clerk's office that relate to an agenda item after
the agenda packets have been distributed to the City Council be
available to the public.
The attached documents were received in the City Clerk's office after
distribution of the October 20, 2015, City Council meeting agenda
packet.

From county tax assessor' s office:
BJP ROF Jordan Ranch LLC dba as Mission Valley Properties acquired phase II
Jordan Ranch, which includes school and park sites for a total of 41,400, 000 for
acquiring 186.38 acres or 222,126 per acre on December 19, 2011.
Therefore, if the school site is 11 acres, then the assessed value is about $2,500, 000
representing the purchase price less than 4 years ago.
Please appeal the Oct. 6 decision for agenda item 6.1 and ask to study an uncoupling of
the project. Not doing so will result in a HUGE fiscal irresponsibility on the part of
Dublin's City Council. Any member who does not see this will be held accountable
publicly.
