Approve formation of Heritage Task Force VG�(l+ e 2. Direct Staff to solicit participation on the Task Force FINANCIAL STATEMENT : None DESCRIPTION . One of the 1992 goals given a high priority by the City Council was to "Establish a Heritage Task Force to determine the best way to operate programs at the Heritage Center and report to the Council for action" . With acquisition of the church, schoolhouse and cemetery nearing completion, Staff recommends that the Council pursue formation of the proposed Heritage Task Force. The City's Recreation Director will provide Staff support to the Task Force and the suggested composition for the Task Force is as follows: 1. Parks & Recreation Commission (1) 2. Amador-Livermore Valley Historical Society (1) 3 . Dublin Cemetery, Inc. (1) 4. Dublin Historical Preservation Association (1) 5 . Citizens at-large (3) Therefore it is the recommendation of Staff that the City Council approve the formation of the Heritage Task Force and direct Staff to solicit participation from the aforementioned groups as well as the community at large to serve on the Task Force.
