CITY OF
DUBLIN, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, the Dublin High School Varsity'Softball Team is a member the Tri-County Athletic League,
Southem Division; and
WHEREAS, the Dublin High School Varsity Softball Team completed the 1999 season by placing 2~d
in the Tri-County Athletic League; and
WHEREAS, the Dublin High School Varsity Softball Team went on to capture their first-ever North
Coast, Section 2-A, Championship; and . ,... '.. ~..,., '

WHEREAS, Head Coach Diana Hasenpflug, ,,,a, long~ w~th,.",Ass/stant Coaches John Ram/er-z and Jerry
Herrera, has demonstrated skill, leaderSh/p.",a~.<,a, bilit~,.?b~uiding- the Dublin High School Varsity
Softball Team to their first North Coast~ :Se'btion; 2:A,~.':Title'in:the.history of Dublin High School; and

WHEREAS, players Stephanie cambra, 'C~tina :C~)~"-.A'"d~'rns, Heather Eschborn, Va/erie Eschbom,
Jill Esparza, Ashley Grimm, Kirsta Hagen, Danieilel Herrera, Nicole Herrera, Stacee Hill, Cassie Meyer,
Para O'Brien, Monica Perrin, Jessica Salsman and Victoria Villar are to be commended for their
success and skill in the sport of softball.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Dublin City Council does hereby recognize and
congratulate the Dublin High School .Varsity' Softball Team for their 1999 North Coast, Section 2A,
Championship and wish them the'best of luck in their future sporting endeavors.
