SUBJ ECT: Tri-Valley Youth Advisory Committee Round Table Meeting

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
The Youth Advisory Committee Members will discuss hosting a round table meeting with Youth Advisory
Committee members from Pleasanton, San Ramon, Danville and Livermore to discuss teen initiarives and
fundraising ideas.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Staff recommends allocating $250 from the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Teen Special Events Program budget to
purchase light refreshments.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff is recommending that the Youth Advisory Committee Members host the Tri-Valley Youth Advisory
Committee Round Table meeting on Saturday,January 23, 2016 located at the Dublin Senior Center from
1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
DESCRIPTION:
Last year, the Ciry of San Ramon Youth Advisory Coininittee hosted the first Tri-Valley Youth Advisory
Corrunittee Round Table meeting on Saturday,April 25, 2015 at the Dougherry Station Communiry Center in
San Ramon. Youth Advisory Committee Members from Dublin, Pleasanton, Danville and San Ramon met
from 1:00 to 4:00 PM to discuss how each City operates their Youth Advisory Coininittee.
