Staff has prepared a Resolution of support. It is recommended that the Council adopted the Resolution and instruct Staff to forward a copy of the Resolution to the Registrar of Voters. ADOPTING A-POLICY SUPPORTING THE USE OF PUBLIC FACILITIES AS POLLING PLACES WHEREAS, the Alameda County Board of Supervisors, on December 22, 1987, adopted a resolution requesting that each City, Special District and School District in Alameda County adopt a policy resolution supporting the use of their public facilities as polling places . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dublin does hereby adopt a.policy supporting the use of public facilities in Dublin as polling places, and direct Staff to cooperate fully with any such request.
