Dear Mr. Ambrose:
ABAG's General Assembly will meet next month--on March
25--and we need to confirm the Council's choice of a
representative and alternate. The Mayor and all
Councilmembers are eligible for these appointments.
Last year, Councilmember Paul Moffatt served as
representative and Mayor Linda Jeffrey was alternate.
Please let us know if they will remain in that capacity or,
if not, who will serve in 1988.
A short letter from you officially notifying us of the
selection is needed for our files by Friday, March 4.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact me at 464-7936. Thank you for your assistance.
Sincerely,
0,40c-
