Mayor Paul Moffatt
Dublin City Council
City of Dublin
6500 Dublin Boulevard
Dublin, California 94568
Dear Mayor Moffatt:
The Alameda County Fair Association has designated Tuesday, June 27, 1989
as "Dublin Day" at the Alameda County Fair.
The Dublin Chamber of Commerce will again be organizing a community day
bar-b-que and day at the races with a sponsored "Dublin Race" . Flowers
and a trophy will be presented to the winner in the Dublin race, the cost
being approximately $75.00.
The Chamber would like to have the City of Dublin participate in Dublin's
community day and would like for you, as Mayor, to assist in making the
presentation in the Winner's Circle for Dublin's designated race. It would
also be appreciated if the City, as in past years, would share in the costs
involved for the trophy and flowers, approximately $37.50.
Thank you for your consideration of this matter and we look forward to
hearing from you.
