None DESCRIPTION At the September 25 , 1989 meeting of the Dublin City Council , the Council approved the formation of the Liv ermore Amador Valley Childcare Task Force and directed staff to advertise the openings to Dublin residents . Staff advertised the openings in the City Newsletter , mailed to all Dublin postal customers , as well as individual mailings to schools , churches , the Chamber of Commerce and service clubs . It has been suggested that each City appoint up to six members to the Task Force representing the following areas : 1 . Chamber of Commerce 2 . School District 3 . Park & Recreation Commission/Board 4 . Human Resources/Social Concerns 5 . Parent 6 . At Large As of the October 20 deadline , staff was contacted by six people wishing to serve on the Task Force . They are as follows : Chamber of Commerce Representative - Joan King School District Representative - Betty Roberts Cindy Cobb-Adams Park & Recreation Commissioner - Barbara Donnell At Large - Sister Marie Myers , Principal , St . Raymonds Church Julie Fead , Parent & Licensed Day Care Provider . It is anticipated that meetings of the Task Force will begin in early November with approximately seven meetings over a six month period . The final report which will include a five year regional childcare masterplan will be presented to the City Council in May , 1990 . It is staff's recommendation that the.
