The residences would be "high end," with top-quality fixtures and surfaces, and designed to appeal to sophisticated and discerning individuals. Consistent with the definition of"dwelling unit" in the Zoning Code, each residence would include areas for tin mg, eating, and sleeting, at least one bathroom and may or may not include a kitchen (without cooking facilities). Memory Care Residents would be offered meals, housekeeping, laundry., transportation, social and recreational activities as part of their monthly rent as well as assistance wuh services such as dressing, bathing, grooming, tofeting and medication management as needed.
