FINANCIAL STATEMENT: An additional $1 . 105 . 00 for memberships and dues will need to be transferred from the Contingent Reserve . DESCRIPTION At the regular City Council meeting on March 12 , 1984 , the Council received a report on a proposed increase in the ABAG assessment . The ABAG General Assembly met on March 16 , 1984, and approved the increased assessment . The .1983-84 budget was based on an assessment of $755 . 00 .
