RECOMMENDATION: Approve resolution accepting Grant Deed
subject to the closing of escrow.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT No cost associated with accepting of
Grant Deed,
DESCRIPTION:
At the regular meeting of January 13 , 1986 , the City Council
approved an agreement with Murray School District for the
purchase of 4 . 03 acres of parkland at the Dolan School site . The
deed is in escrow, along with the money the City is paying for
the parcel . The City Council must now approve a resolution
accepting the Grant Deed subject to the closing of escrow so that
the County Recorder will record the deed.

RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN

ACCEPTING FOR THE PUBLIC A GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, a five-acre park is planned at the Dolan
School site; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has passed a resolution
accepting this grant deed for the public; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an agreement to
purchase 4 . 03 acres from the Murray School District ; and
WHEREAS, the deed and purchase monies for the 4 . 03
acres are in escrow;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Dublin City.
Council does hereby accept this grant deed for 4 . 03 acres from
Murray School District for park purposes, subject to the closing
of escrow.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 24th day of
February, 1986 .
