The applicants for the At-Large member are listed in the March 27, 1986, Material on Applicants (Exhibit 1). Six of the seven At-Large members have already been selected (Exhibit 2). Staff recommends that two be selected from either Environmental (8 applicants) or Community, Historical (9 applicants). Table B shows the same names by jurisdictions. Your interest is greatly appreciated. You are welcome to attend meetings but, unfortunately, because of time limits, testimony will not be taken at the Planning Task Force Study Committee meetings. One of the seven categories, Mining and Flood Control, had no submittals, so the Commissioners chose two from Service, Health. Commissioner Gayle Bishop had advised she could not attend.
