HomeMy WebLinkAbout4.05 Banner Install Rotary Club r• CITY OF DUBLIN AGENDA STATEMENT City Council Meeting Date: August 11, 1986 SUBJECT: Banner Installation Request - Rotary Club Arts and Crafts Fair EXHIBITS ATTACHED: Encroachment Permit Application RECOMMENDATION: Approve installation of banner, consistent with City policy, from August 25 through September 7, 1986, on the San Ramon Road banner poles. FINANCIAL STATEMENT: Minimal cost; a few hours of Staff time will be required to issue the permit, assist with installation, and provide followup inspection. DESCRIPTION: Rotary Club has requested installation of a banner announcing their Arts and Crafts Fair, which will be held on September 6th and 7th. This request is consistent with the guidelines regarding use of the San Ramon Road banner poles.
