Banner Installation Request - Valley Humane Society • Vaccination Clinic • EXHIBITS ATTACHED: Encroachment Permit Application 04 , RECOMMENDATION: Approve installation of banner, consistent with City policy, from September 22 through October 4, 1986, on • the San Ramon Road banner poles. FINANCIAL STATEMENT: Minimal cost; a few hours of Staff time will be required to issue the permit, assist with installation, and provide follow-up inspection. DESCRIPTION: The Valley Humane Society, a non-profit organization, has requested installation of a banner announcing their Vaccination Clinic, which will be held on October 4th at the Parkway Veterinary Hospital in Dublin. This request is consistent with the guidelines regarding use of the San Ramon Road banner poles. The Humane Society will provide a certificate of insurance prior to installation of the banner.
