FINANCIAL IMPACT: None. RECOMMENDATION: Approve the minutes of the February 4,2016 Senior Center Advisory Committee Regular Meeting. DESCRIPTION: The Senior Center Advisory Committee will consider approval of the minutes of the February 4, 2016 Seniar Center Advisory Committee Regular Meeting. The meeting was called to order at 9:32 AM, by Chair Ito. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited by the Committee,Staff and those present. ROLL CALL Committee Members(CM) Present: Brizee, Ito, Krausnick, Lore, Mack Liaison Present: Janine Thalblum, Parks and Community Services Commission Liaison; Philip Tucker, Parks and Community Services Commission Liaison Alternate Staff Present: Hudson,Jochner ORAL COMMUNICATIONS ` 3.1 PUBUC COMMENTS—None. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4.1 Regular Meeting January 7, 2016 On a motion by CM Lore, seconded by CM Mack, and by a vote of 5-0-0, the Advisory Committee took the following action: ACT/ON ' Approved minutes of the January 7, 2016 Regular Advisory Committee Meeting. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS—None. UNFINISHED BUSINE55—None. NEW BUSINESS 7.1 Fall 2015 Quarterly Report Mr. Rich Jochner, Recreation Supervisor, presented an overview of the Dublin Senior Center activities and attendance during the fall 2015 quarter. ACTION The Advisory Committee received the report. SCAC Draft Minutes—February 4,2016—Page 2 of 2 7.2 Code of Conduct Update Mr. Rich Jochner, Recreation Supervisor, presented an overview of the newly updated Code of Conduct regarding the use of headphones for electronic devices with sound. ACTION The Advisory Committee received the report. OTHER BUSINESS The Advisory Committee Members provided brief informational reports on events and : meetings attended. Mr.Jochner provided program and project updates. ADJOURNMENT There being no further business to come before the Senior Center Advisory Committee, the meeting was adjourned at 10:02 AM.
