Preliminary Goals and Objectives 2004-2005 -Revised RECOMMENDATION: Prioritize Objective#11 FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None DESCRIPTION: At a special meeting of the Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission on February 19, 2004, the Commission provided input on priorities for 14 objectives related to Heritage and Cultural Arts. Additionally, the Commission added two more objectives. Since that meeting it has been determined that an objective previously categorized under Parks and Community Services should actually be under Heritage and Cultural Arts. The objective is as follows: Explore with DHPA land/cemetery extension feasibility study. Attachment 1 is a listing of the Preliminary Goals and Objectives 2004-2005 relating to Heritage and Cultural Arts. The new objective is shown as #11. The ratings of the Commission have also been added to the listing. RECOMMENDATION: It is the recommendation of Staff that the Commission give a priority of high, medium, low or delete to Objective #11 taking into consideration how this objective ranks in relation to the other objectives.
